Berjaya - D2D joint-venture introduces Amber court model

(ĐN)- Berjaya - D2D joint-venture on Friday introduced the apartment model of Bien Hoa City Square complex project named as Amber Court building.

The project is built on a site of 2.5 hectares in Vo Thi Sau Street, Bien Hoa city, including a 5-star hotel, Bien Hoa City Mall trade center, one 20-storey office building and three high-class apartment building areas with a total investment of US$230 million. The project started construction in September 2008.

The US$100 million building has 17 floors with 116 luxury flats and 4 penhouses. Each flat covers 94-107sqm and each penthouse has vary in size ranging from 190 to 220 sqm with selling price of US$750 per sqm. The building is expected to be completed in July 2011.

Berjaya - D2D has a chartered capital of US$20 million and hold a 75% and 25% stake respectively in the joint venture’s equity.
