(ĐN)- On September 26, Vice Chairman of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee Ao Van Thinh had a working session with the delegation of Vietnam Livestock Competitiveness and Food Safety Project (LIFSAP) on the breeding situation in the province. Currently, Dong Nai is leading the country in breeding pigs with a total number of 1.1 million pigs. Most of pigs were raised in concentrated breeding areas in Thong Nhat district. As known, the LIFSAP plans to invest more than US$5 million in breeding projects in Dinh Quan district’s Phu Tan commune, Thong Nhat district’s Gia Tan 2 commune and Xuan Loc district’s Xuan Thanh and Xuan Tho communes.
