Lotte Confectionery Co Ltd has completed buying 840,000 BBC shares, making it the biggest foreign strategic partner in Bibica.
Through the purchase, Lotte now has 6.49 million shares in Bibica, representing 35.6 percent of its charter capital.
Bibica expects to earn revenue of 633 million VND (939.5 million USD) this year-and pay a dividend of 14 percent.
