(ĐN)- After nearly 4 years of not operating, Tri An sugar factory came into operation on January 18 with a new name of Tri An-Bien Hoa sugar factory.
Tri An-Bien Hoa sugar factory is now operating with a capacity of 1,000 tonnes of sugar-cane per day. The factory is expected to process a total of more than 100,000 tones of sugar-cane this year, producing over 10,000 tones of sugar. Presently, it is planning to develop sugarcane raw material area of 9,000 hectares and raise its capacity to 1,500 tonnes a day.
As known, Bien Hoa Sugar J.S Company bought Tri An sugar factory with a price of VND54 billion.
