Viet Nam and Singapore on Feb. 27 signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on promoting closer ties between the securities markets of the two countries.
The agreement between the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) and the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Centre (HoSTC) aims to establish a channel for exchange of information in area such as operations, legal frameworks, and shares of the two sides said a joint statement.
