The company’s General Director Quach Van Duc reported at the meeting that almost all targets for 2006 set by the company either fulfilled or surpassed.

The company’s General Director Quach Van Duc reported at the meeting that almost all targets for 2006 set by the company either fulfilled or surpassed. The year 2006 was a record year in profit and marked the outstanding development. In 2006, Tin Nghia netted VND 37.5 billion in profit from its turnover of VND1,950 billion, contributed more than VND42 billion to the State Budget, an increase of 15% against the previous year. Especially, the company’s export turnover reached a record US$52 million, 76% higher than that of 2005, reaching its highest record over the past ten years. Tin Nghia exported 42,690 tonnes of coffee last year and became one of the largest coffee exporting companies in Vietnam . It was recognized as Prestigious Exporter by Ministry of Commerce for three consecutive years and awarded the ISO Gold Cup 2006 by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In addition, General Director Quach Van Duc has also been selected as typical entrepreneurs of Viet Nam in 2006.
This year it targets to net a profit of VND40 billion from VND 2,000 billion in turnover and export 45,000 tonnes of coffee. The company plans to establish a Joint-Stock Commercial Bank with a charter capital of VND1,000 billion and strives to become a strong economic corporation in Dong Nai.
