(ĐN)- Yesterday, November 27, Dong Nai Industrial Zone Authority in coordination with Dong Nai province’s Investment and Planning Department held a conference to guide the implementation of the amended Enterprise Law and Investment Law according to Decree No.101/2006/ND-CP and Decree No.108/2006/ND-CP. More than 400 representatives from enterprises operating in the province participated in the conference.
The conference was organized with an aim of enhancing knowledge and understanding of the enterprises about the amended Investment Law and the Enterprises Law. Accordingly, the representative of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment clearly explained the regulations of Decree 101 on re-registration, registering for the renewal of investment certificates for licensed investment projects, transformation of FDI enterprises into limited companies and the regulations of Decree 108 on procedures for investment licensing, the right to investment and business autonomy, be equally treated in accessing and using credit sources and using land, etc.
At the conference, the Department’s representatives answered many questions raised by the enterprises’ representatives relating to matters covered in the regulations.
