(ĐN) – Local budget collection surpassed VND 4,275 billion in the first seven months of the year, or 49 % of the year plan, an increase of 9 % against last year. Especially, revenue collection from import and export tax stood at VND 1,582 billion, up 3 % while collection from domestic sources was over VND 2,693 billion, up 12 %. Collection of domestic receivables was lower than estimated for the reviewed period due to high input costs facing domestic enterprises as well as bad harvest conditions or other natural or unforeseeable factors facing agriculture. However, contributions from local state-owned enterprises achieved 60% of year plan; central state-owned enterprises 51%, income tax revenues 55%, lottery revenues 68%....
