(ĐN)- Dong Nai Cotton Company has just held a shareholder’s meeting to announce setting up the Eastern Cotton Joint Stock Company. The new company has its charter capital of VND15 billion.

(ĐN)- Dong Nai Cotton Company has just held a shareholder’s meeting to announce setting up the Eastern Cotton Joint Stock Company. The new company has its charter capital of VND15 billion. Of which, State owned 51% or VND7.65 billion of total charter capital, the company employees held 4.92% or VND738 million, the rest of other shareholders. The charter capital is divided into 1,5 million shares with a nominal value of VND 10,000 each. At the meeting. Mr. Ho Que Hau was elected as CEO of Eastern Cotton Joint Stock Company.
