Casumia in successful all-steel radial truck tyres test

(ĐN)- Yesterday noon of August 2, a trans-Vietnam truck journey for testing all-steel radial tyres as produced by Casumia completed successfully. The truck just returned to factory 2 of the Southern Rubber Industry Company (Casumia) located in Bien Hoa I Industrial Zone. Casumina tried to launch new products of all-steel radial tyres in the market as early as possible aiming to mark the August Revolution and Independence Day (September 2). Casumina is the leading manufacturer of all- steel radial tyres in Vietnam . Its new products will completely replace imported ones.

“Our company invested in expansion of the production that enables us to provide high quality products for the market with a total amount of 100 billion VND. Of which, 48 billion VND was invested capital for producing all-steel radial tyres at the factory 2 of Casumina. It takes 2 years for researching new products of all-steel radial tyres based on semi-steel existing one. "At the movement, we have one customer who is the world’s 4^th largest truck tyres manufacturer to order our new products for serving to European markets" said Casumia Deputy Director Le Van Tri.
