In her directive speech, Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC and Chairwoman of the city’s Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, commended departments, sectors, units, and localities for their proactive preparations for the week. She called on all units to strengthen coordination, specify tasks, and clearly assign responsibilities to ensure the week's activities are practical, safe and effective, avoiding ostentation and formalism.
She particularly emphasized that preparations for the opening ceremony and live broadcast connections must be carefully organized, inspected, and rehearsed, prioritizing representative activities that highlight Dong Nai's distinctive cultural identity. Activities throughout the week should contribute to strengthening the great national unity bloc, fostering closer ties between the government and the people, and making culture an endogenous resource for the city's development.

He also requested that units and localities clearly identify key activities and actively mobilize the participation of the armed forces, schools, businesses, religious organizations, and local residents.
The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee further asked the city’s Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to mobilize religious organizations to coordinate in organizing activities in response to the week. In residential areas, appropriate competitions and cultural exchange activities should be organized to encourage broad public participation, thereby honoring Vietnamese cultural values and introducing and promoting the distinctive cultural values of Dong Nai City.
