The Steering Committee for Program 6, "Promoting initiatives and creativity in labor and study" of Dong Nai City, has issued a plan to implement the program in 2026 under the theme "Promoting initiatives and creativity in administrative reform, digital transformation, learning, and building a cultural life."

The program aims to encourage officials, civil servants, public employees, workers, pupils, students, and the public to promote a spirit of creativity and propose and apply effective initiatives and solutions in labor, production, management, education, and daily life.

In 2026, the program focuses on thematic areas including green initiatives, administrative reform, and digital transformation to improve the quality of services for citizens and businesses, as well as youth creativity in study, work, and community service. At the same time, initiative-related activities will be linked to the "All people unite to build a cultural life" movement.

The city aims to have at least 10 green initiatives, five initiatives or solutions on administrative reform and digital transformation, and two outstanding youth models that are applied, promoted, or replicated. It also aims to develop an "Initiatives and Good Models" column and publicize at least six typical initiatives in 2026.

Agencies, units, businesses, schools, and People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for proactively reviewing and introducing initiatives and creative models that have been recognized or effectively applied in practice, thereby contributing to spreading the spirit of innovation throughout society.
