Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television and Lac Hong University sign cooperation agreement

Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television and Lac Hong University held the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement on September 10.

Attending the ceremony from Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television were Deputy Directors Tran Nam Dong and Hoang Thi Bich Phu. Representing Lac Hong University were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien, Rector, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh, Vice Rector, along with leaders of departments, divisions and faculties from both sides.

Under the agreement, the two sides will strengthen cooperation in developing training programs and providing internship opportunities for students in the coming period. Lac Hong University will support Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television in enhancing its professional capacity in information technology and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in journalism.

The university will also submit journalistic products produced by students majoring in multimedia communications and public relations for consideration and selection for publication or broadcast across the media platforms of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television.

Speaking at the ceremony, leaders of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television expressed their delight at the close cooperation between the two sides in recent years. This also provides a foundation for the two sides to further enhance their cooperation in the future. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lam Thanh Hien, Rector of Lac Hong University, said, “Through the support of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television, the university expects students to have good opportunities to apply theory to the practice of modern journalism.”

After the signing ceremony, leaders of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television and managers of professional departments interacted with students majoring in multimedia communications and public relations and answered many questions about professional skills as well as internship and job opportunities at Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television. In addition, the delegation toured the studios and laboratories used for these fields of study at the university.
