Vietnamese, Lao, Cambodian young officers pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh

On August 24, a joint delegation of young officials from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) offered incense in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at Uncle Ho Memorial House, located within the headquarters of the Dong Nai City Party Committee, as part of their field study in Dong Nai City.

The Vietnamese delegation attending the tribute ceremony included Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the CPV Central Committee, Permanent Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Head of the delegation; Associate Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council; and the delegation’s other members.

The Lao delegation included Bounthavy Sorsoukanh, Alternate Member of the LPRP Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Phongsaly Provincial Party Committee and Head of the delegation, along with other members.

The Cambodian delegation included Khut Chandara, Member of the CPP Central Committee, Deputy Secretary General of the Commission for Mass Mobilization, Permanent Member of the CPP's Central Youth Committee and Member of the National Assembly and Head of the delegation, along with other members.

Representing Dong Nai City leadership were Ton Ngoc Hanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai City Party Committee and Chairwoman of the City People's Council; Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Commission; Nguyen Tuan Anh, Member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board and Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; and representatives of city departments and agencies.

With deep emotion and profound reverence, the joint delegation of young officials from the CPV, the LPRP and the CPP, together with Dong Nai City leaders, paid their respects and offered incense to the sacred spirits of President Ho Chi Minh, General Vo Nguyen Giap, and Heroic Martyr Vo Thi Sau at the Uncle Ho Memorial House.

Standing before the sacred space, the delegates felt even more deeply the precious value of the peace, independence, and happiness that the people of the three countries – Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia – enjoy today. These are the fruits forged from the blood and noble sacrifices of generations of revolutionaries from the three brotherly neighboring countries.

Throughout the arduous years of the struggle for national liberation, as well as on the path of national construction and defense, the peoples of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia have always stood shoulder to shoulder, shared joys and hardships, and provided one another with sincere and selfless support. That solidarity has transcended all geographical distances, becoming a noble symbol of the faithful and steadfast bond among the three brotherly nations. The delegates forever cherish the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, along with generations of leaders and people of the three countries who have worked diligently to cultivate this friendship, special solidarity, and cooperation for mutual development.

This sacred relationship is a tremendous source of strength, helping the three countries overcome difficulties and challenges and achieve victories in their struggles for national liberation, construction and defense. It also serves as a solid foundation for the sustainable development of each nation, both now and in the future.

Before the sacred spirits of President Ho Chi Minh, General Vo Nguyen Giap, and Heroic Martyr Vo Thi Sau, the joint delegation of young officials from the CPV, the LPRP, and the CPP, together with Dong Nai City leaders, made a solemn pledge. They vowed to preserve, carry forward, and promote the tradition of steadfast solidarity among the three nations while continuously strengthening cooperation and mutual support for their countries’ prosperity.
