Regarding public investment disbursement, the DoF analyzed and assessed the disbursement of city-level and commune-level public investment capital and proposed tasks and solutions for the final six months of 2026. According to the Director of the DoF, the city leadership has consistently focused on public investment disbursement and has held numerous regular meetings with project investors and the People's Committees of communes and wards to review implementation progress. Accordingly, relevant agencies will continue striving to fulfill the city's public investment disbursement targets in accordance with monthly and quarterly schedules, with the overall objective of achieving 100% disbursement of the assigned capital plan by the end of 2026.

Based on assessments, analyses, and reports submitted by departments and agencies on the implementation of growth targets for the final six months of the year, Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai CPC and Chairman of the City People's Committee said the GRDP growth of 9.81% in the first six months reflected the efforts and determination of departments, agencies, and local authorities in implementing the established growth scenario. He noted that Dong Nai had generally achieved positive results. However, within the overall growth picture, several sectors posted low growth and did not meet the projected targets. He requested departments and agencies to review the areas that fell short of the projected scenario, identify the causes, and develop appropriate solutions and growth scenarios for the third quarter and the final six months of 2026.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee directed each department and sector to formulate more effective solutions based on its assigned functions and responsibilities. He stressed the need for proactive coordination and consultation among agencies to ensure consistency in growth figures. He emphasized that Dong Nai must maintain a growth scenario of 10.68% during the final six months of the year. To ensure the effective implementation of assigned tasks, he instructed departments and agencies to develop quarterly scenarios and solutions for each field and submit them to the City People's Committee.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee affirmed that achieving double-digit growth is the responsibility of the entire political system. He called on departments, agencies, and local authorities to carry out their assigned tasks with a strong sense of determination, stressing that they should not be satisfied with merely fulfilling the assigned targets but should strive to exceed the established goals.
