The conference also updated participants on typical anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and anti-circumvention cases involving Vietnamese goods while analyzing their causes, investigation trends, and practical lessons learned. Based on these analyses, experts provided guidance to enterprises on preparing dossiers and data, and on strengthening coordination with state management agencies in handling trade remedy cases, thereby helping mitigate risks and protect the legitimate rights and interests of businesses.

In his opening remarks at the conference, Deputy Director of the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam Chu Thang Trung emphasized that, amid the continued rise of trade protectionism worldwide, trade remedy measures are increasingly being used by more countries, with greater frequency and complexity.

He stated that the conference represents a practical activity aimed at strengthening the capacity of local enterprises to respond to trade remedies while affirming the role of state agencies, business associations, and enterprises in coordinating to protect the legitimate interests of the domestic manufacturing sector, with the goal of promoting sustainable exports in the context of deep international integration.
