The presentation focused on clarifying three key issues: the theoretical and practical foundations of urban areas and urban citizens; Dong Nai's urban development vision as it becomes a city and the necessity of building urban citizenship awareness; and the role of the political system and the city’s Vietnam Fatherland Front in fostering urban citizenship awareness.
Through the topics presented, the conference helped enhance awareness and civic responsibility among officials, Party members, and the public regarding citizens’ position and role in the process of urban building and development. At the same time, it promoted responsibility, compliance with the law, the development of a civilized lifestyle, cultural behavior, environmental protection, and the preservation of urban aesthetics, contributing to making Dong Nai an increasingly civilized, modern, and happy city.
