Speaking at the event, and on behalf of Party and State leaders, Le Minh Tri, Chairman of the PCC’s Commission for Internal Affairs, congratulated the company on its achievements, particularly highlighting the contributions of workers to the development of both the locality and the country. With three factories and a workforce of more than 80,000 employees, the company has produced a large volume of products, making practical contributions to overall socio-economic development.
Le Minh Tri emphasized that Dong Nai possesses one of the country’s leading industrial park systems, in which workers’ contributions are especially important. At present, alongside national development, Dong Nai’s transition to city status requires workers, engineers, and managers alike to meet even higher standards in order to meet new demands.
In Dong Nai’s next phase of development, the workforce will undoubtedly serve as the vanguard in labor, production, and innovation, thereby contributing to enhancing the province’s competitiveness. Parallel to this, however, both local authorities and enterprises must continue to care for workers’ material and spiritual well-being, protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees, and build an increasingly strong working class in both quality and scale.

Le Minh Tri, Chairman of the PCC’s Commission for Internal Affairs, also called on local authorities and enterprises to continue effectively implementing Party guidelines, State policies, and laws relating to labor, employment, and social security, while ensuring equitable access to essential social services. In particular, he stressed the importance of comprehensive care for union members and workers, especially migrant workers facing difficult circumstances.
At the same time, he underscored the need to build increasingly robust Trade Union organizations in a more professional and modern direction, while strongly innovating both operational content and methods. This includes improving the capacity for representation, dialogue, and protection of workers’ legitimate rights and interests, so that Trade Unions truly become a solid spiritual pillar for the workforce.

Le Minh Tri further emphasized that Dong Nai must closely link its development strategy of Dong Nai City (effective from April 30, 2026) with the building of a modern, high-quality workforce. This includes promoting vocational education, improving occupational skills, strengthening digital competencies, enhancing technological adaptability, and fostering industrial discipline in order to meet the demands of high-tech and digital industries. The issues of greatest concern to workers, and equally the responsibility of the locality, he noted, are the urgent needs related to social housing, kindergartens, schools, healthcare, and cultural institutions. Harmonizing labor relations, strengthening corporate responsibility, and creating a solid social foundation, he added, are essential conditions for Dong Nai City’s rapid and sustainable development.
