The Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 4200/UBND-KGVX on implementing emulation and commendation work for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly (NA) and the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee asked agencies, units, and localities to promote emulation movements and achieve outstanding results in organizing the election of deputies to the 16th NA and the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. This will create a vibrant and widespread atmosphere of emulation before, during, and after the election, contributing to the organization of a democratic, lawful, safe, and economical election. Immediately after the election process concludes, units should promptly direct and organize a review of emulation results in connection with the leadership, direction, and organization of the election. Accordingly, collectives and individuals with good models and effective, typical, and excellent methods during the implementation of election work should be promptly commended and rewarded.
Based on the results of election work and the evaluation and review of emulation achievements, the units proactively consider and decide on awards within their authority and propose awards for outstanding and exemplary collectives and individuals. Commendation and awarding process must be accurate, public, and transparent, target the right recipients, meet the correct criteria, and be given in a timely manner. At the same time, priority should be given to collectives and individuals at the grassroots level who directly advise on and participate in the election process.
Regarding provincial-level rewards, each commune and ward will review and propose one award (a collective or individual). Ten communes and wards that complete election tasks quickly and thoroughly according to regulations will be considered for an additional award (a collective or individual).
