Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh conducts his 10th inspection of Long Thanh International Airport Project

On the afternoon of March 29, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the Long Thanh International Airport Project. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and leaders of ministries and central agencies accompanied the working delegation. This marks the government leader’s 10th inspection of the project’s construction progress.

Dong Nai province’s leaders receiving and joining the working delegation included: Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC) and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; together with Ho Van Ha, Member of the PPC and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

During this 10th inspection of the project, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the working delegation conducted a field inspection of several key components of the passenger terminal construction package for Phase 1 under Component Project 3, as well as the air traffic control center under Component Project 2.

At the construction site, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highly commended the efforts of the investor and contractors, noting that the units have performed well their tasks and should continue to do so in the time ahead.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also urged the officials, staff, and workers at the project to exert their best efforts for this vital national project. He emphasized the need to ensure the quality, technical standards, and aesthetics of the construction. "Progress must not come at the expense of quality," Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh demanded.
