Dong Nai wins 50 awards at national traffic safety contest

On the morning of March 14, the Ministry of Education and Training, in coordination with the National Traffic Safety Committee and Honda Vietnam Co., Ltd., held a closing and award ceremony in Da Nang City for the national traffic safety contest among primary, secondary, and high schools in 2025-2026 academic year.

This is an annual event for students and teachers from primary to high schools nationwide to study traffic laws, develop traffic participation skills, and promote a culture of traffic safety in schools. The content focuses on learning about the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, practical situation-handling skills, and the development of creative lessons integrating traffic safety education into the general education curricula.

As a result, the Dong Nai delegation won 50 awards, ranking among the top performers nationwide in terms of the number of prizes won at the competition, including two first prizes, three second prizes, 16 third prizes, and 29 consolation prizes.

Among them, two first prizes were presented to Dao Thi Thanh An (Dong Xoai High School, Dong Xoai ward) and Mai Tan Phat (Tan Tien Secondary School, Dong Phu commune). Three second prizes were awarded to Do Thuy Linh, a teacher of Tam Phuoc 4 Primary School (Tam Phuoc ward); Nguyen Thi Hang, a teacher of Ton Duc Thang High School (Ta Lai commune); and Dam Ngoc Thai, a student of Tien Hung Secondary School (Binh Phuoc ward).
