Accordingly, more than 913,000 residential land plots and houses across the province have been assigned ID numbers. In addition, the Information Technology Center under the Department of Agriculture and Environment has created land parcel codes for all parcels in 95 wards and communes. The center has also successfully synchronized the entire dataset with the national land database system.

According to the provincial land management authority, assigning ID numbers to each land plot enhances transparency and accuracy in land administration. The ID number uniquely identifies each plot within the system, preventing confusion in land records and facilitating updates on land-use changes, surveying, issuance of certificates, and transaction processing.

This also forms the foundation for building a land database that is accurate, complete, clean, dynamic, and unified, supporting digital transformation in the agriculture and environment sectors, shortening administrative processing times, and improving the efficiency of state management.
