Over 300 Tet gifts presented to disadvantaged households in Dak Nhau, Bom Bo communes

To celebrate the 2026 Lunar New Year (Tet), the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, in coordination with the Professional Records Division of the Dong Nai Provincial Police and the Hat gao nhan ai Club (Charity Rice Club), visited Dak Nhau Commune, Dong Nai Province, on the afternoon of February 9 to distribute 300 Tet gift packages to disadvantaged households.

Each gift package included essential goods worth VND 500,000, helping residents in the locality enjoy a warmer, more fulfilling Tet. This Tet gift-giving program is an annual initiative that aims to spread humanitarian values and strengthen community bonds during the Lunar New Year.

The activity holds practical significance, reflecting the spirit of solidarity and mutual support in caring for poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households across Dong Nai Province. It also serves as a source of encouragement, helping residents overcome hardship and work toward a more stable life.

On this occasion, the Youth Union and Women’s Union of the Professional Records Division of the Dong Nai Provincial Police also mobilized resources to present 29 additional gifts, valued at VND 14.5 million, to disadvantaged households in Bom Bo commune.
