According to a report from the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, based on labor and employment data collected from grassroots trade unions, more than 2,500 workers at enterprises across the province have registered to work through the Lunar New Year (Tet) of the Horse 2026 to ensure production schedules and meet early-year orders.

The workforce mainly consists of employees performing duties such as security services, machine operation, equipment maintenance, and sanitation. These workers are concentrated in sectors including garments, footwear, wood processing, electronic component manufacturing, and food production.
To encourage employees working during the Tet holiday period, enterprises have developed comprehensive support plans. In addition to paying overtime wages in accordance with legal regulations, companies are providing additional bonuses, allowances, mid-shift meals, New Year lucky money, and organizing visits and Tet greetings directly at production sites.

Trade unions at all levels in the province are also coordinating closely with enterprises to monitor labor conditions and provide timely support and encouragement to employees working during the holiday period. At the same time, workplace safety measures, fire prevention and control, and security during the Tet holidays have been strengthened, ensuring safe, uninterrupted production activities. In addition, practical programs are being organized to provide both material and spiritual support for migrant workers during the Tet and spring season.
