NA deputy presents Tet gifts in Ta Lai Commune

On the afternoon of February 8, as part of the program to present Lunar New Year (Tet) gifts to policy beneficiary families, poor households, and disadvantaged residents ahead of the Year of the Horse 2026, Bui Xuan Thong, Member of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and Full-time Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly (NA) Delegation, visited Ta Lai Commune. During the visit, he presented 20 gift packages to local residents.

Each gift, valued at 700,000 VND, included Tet items and essential goods, helping encourage and support families during the Tet holiday. The gifts were mobilized by Bui Xuan Thong, Full-time Deputy Head of the Provincial NA Delegation with contributions from donors and benefactors.

At the event, Bui Xuan Thong, Full-time Deputy Head of the Provincial NA Delegation, emphasized that alongside fulfilling NA deputies’ legislative responsibilities, they consistently pay attention to social welfare activities and improving people’s livelihoods, particularly vulnerable groups. Although modest in value, the gifts reflect a spirit of sharing and the hope that residents will enjoy a more fulfilling Tet celebration.
