From February 23, the 7th day of the Lunar New Year (Tet), enterprises across Dong Nai province will officially resume operations after the Tet holiday. Many companies were busy cleaning and preparing production workshops to welcome workers back.

Additionally, the companies have prepared lucky money for employees returning to work on the first working day of the new year, creating a joyful atmosphere and boosting morale from the first days of spring.
Specifically, the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien ward) plans to allocate approximately 7 billion VND to give lucky money to 34,000 workers who return to work on the first working day of the year. The activity aims to motivate employees to actively participate in emulation movements and accelerate production from the beginning of the year.
On the morning of February 22, the company coordinated with the Trade Union to organize shuttle buses bringing around 1,000 workers from central and northern provinces back to work after the Tet holiday, helping ensure a stable workforce for early-year production.

At Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Thong Nhat commune, Dong Nai province), the enterprise has announced a bonus policy of 500,000 VND per worker for those returning on the reopening day, February 24 (the 8th day of Tet). Workers who work continuously for the first seven days of the year, including the reopening day, will receive 700,000 VND per person. The policy is intended to encourage employees to return to work on schedule and create a cheerful atmosphere in the early days of the new year. The company currently employs 2,500 workers. It has abundant orders for the new year and is recruiting an additional 1,000 workers to meet production demand.
Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Dong Nai province) employs more than 8,000 workers. The company’s board of directors has decided to provide 100,000 VND per employee for those working on the first working day of the year, February 23 (the 7th day of Tet).
According to grassroots trade unions, most enterprises have stable and increasing orders after Tet. Some companies are organizing lucky draws at the beginning of the year with valuable gifts or offering bonuses ranging from half to one month’s salary per worker to attract employees back to work.
