On February 12, trade unions at all levels in Dong Nai arranged free buses, trains, and flights to help hundreds of disadvantaged workers return to their hometowns for the Lunar New Year (Tet) of the Horse 2026. Joy and emotion were clearly reflected on the workers' faces as they prepared to depart.

In addition, nearly 150 workers returned home on trade union trains, while 130 union members traveled on flights arranged under the “Trade Union Flights - Spring 2026” program. From early morning, workers gathered at the Provincial Federation of Labor, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, and Bien Hoa Station together with neatly packed luggage, ready to head home for Tet. Everyone was filled with anticipation, knowing they were about to reunite with their families after a year of hard work.

Nguyen Thi Huyen, who works at Amata Industrial Park in Long Binh Ward, explained, “Bus and train fares during Tet are costly, while workers have limited earnings. That’s why receiving this free trip from the trade union means so much to me. These tickets, filled with kindness, bring us closer to home and help us reunite with our families faster.”

The trains, buses, and outgoing flights represent the trade union's care and support for workers who are far from home. The happiness visible in the workers' smiles and eyes underscores the deep humanitarian significance of this program.

According to Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, the trade union-organized trains, buses, and flights aim to provide practical support for both the material and spiritual well-being of union members and workers. The Trade Union also presented Tet gifts and lucky money to workers, ensuring a more fulfilling Tet.
