According to the plan, the program will be implemented at industrial parks and localities including the multi-purpose gymnasium of the provincial Federation of Labor (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien ward), Trang Bom commune event center, An Phuoc commune event center, Sunshine Events event center in Long Khanh ward, Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park in Chon Thanh ward, and the hall of the Chon Thanh ward Party Committee, Dong Nai province. These are areas with large numbers of workers working and residing.

The Tet Sum Vay program includes a variety of meaningful activities, such as presenting Tet gifts to union members and workers facing difficult circumstances, organizing cultural and artistic performances, distributing bus tickets to help workers return to their hometowns for Tet, and setting up game booths and lucky draws with many valuable prizes.

In addition, the provincial Federation of Labor will organize gatherings for nearly 1,000 families of disadvantaged workers who have been unable to return to their hometowns for Tet for many years. It will also take part in delegations of Party and State leaders and the Vietnam Fatherland Front visiting, offering Tet greetings, and presenting gifts to workers in localities across the province.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, the Dong Nai Trade Union plans to present more than 74,000 Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, including those affected by occupational accidents and serious illnesses. It will also provide support for more than 2,200 free bus tickets for workers returning to northern, central, and Central Highlands provinces, as well as more than 600 train and air tickets, helping union members feel secure about traveling home for Tet and returning to work after the holiday.

Through the program, the Dong Nai Trade Union aims to share and encourage workers to feel secure in their jobs and remain committed to enterprises over the long term, while affirming the role of the trade union organization in accompanying and caring for the lives of union members and workers, especially as Tet and spring approach.
