On the afternoon of January 30, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Ut led a working delegation representing the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province to visit, present gifts, and extend Lunar New Year (Tet) greetings to the Vietnam Rubber Group Joint Stock Company (VRG).
Receiving and working with the delegation were Tran Cong Kha, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VRG; Do Huu Phuoc, Deputy General Director of VRG; and leaders of affiliated rubber corporations.

At the visit, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Ut said that in 2025, Dong Nai’s socio-economic situation achieved many positive results, with economic growth and state budget revenue both exceeding the targets assigned by the Government.
In 2026, the Provincial People’s Committee has proactively developed management plans and scenarios with the determination to achieve the highest possible growth rate and budget revenue. In this effort, the companionship of the VRG and enterprises in the rubber sector plays an important role, contributing to the province’s overall success.

Providing information to the provincial working delegation, Tran Cong Kha, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VRG, said that in 2025, the group fulfilled and exceeded all major targets in production, business, and finance, while also taking good care of employees’ livelihoods.
Currently, the group maintains stable operations in six business sectors across 16 provinces and cities nationwide, as well as in Laos and Cambodia, managing a total agricultural land area of approximately 400,000 hectares.

The consolidated production and business results of the entire group in 2025 recorded many notable highlights: revenue and other income reached 32 trillion VND; contributions to the state budget totaled nearly 4.6 trillion VND. The rubber sector, as the core business, continued to serve as a key pillar with an output of more than 462,000 tons; revenue from the rubber segment exceeded 27 trillion VND. These results were achieved with the close attention and active support of local authorities.

According to the Chairman of the VRG Board of Directors, Dong Nai is a key area for the rubber industry, and the group wishes to continue serving as an “extended arm” of the province in implementing socio-economic development goals. In the coming period, the group will focus on closely pursuing three development pillars: industrial park development; renewable energy development in line with planning on rubber plantation land; and promotion of high-tech agriculture. The group hopes to continue receiving the attention, support, and companionship of Dong Nai Province to effectively implement these orientations, with determination to innovate, create, and fulfill assigned targets and tasks at the highest level.
