Accordingly, the Provincial People’s Committee strictly prohibits all construction and exploitation activities within the protected zone of the relic. In exceptional cases where land use within the relic area is required, permission must be obtained from the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

The Long Phuoc Commune People’s Committee has been assigned direct management authority over the relic within its locality. Meanwhile, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is responsible for state management, as well as providing professional and technical guidance in the protection and promotion of the relic’s values.

The Tap Phuoc – Phuoc Hoa Communal House was built approximately 200 years ago, originally consisting of only a small main hall. In 1947, French colonial forces dismantled the communal house, and the royal decree that had conferred its status was also lost at that time. In 1954, the villagers of Tap Phuoc rebuilt the smaller-scale communal house on its original foundation. In 1963, it was reconstructed at its current location in Phuoc Hoa Hamlet.

After multiple rounds of restoration and preservation, the Tap Phuoc – Phuoc Hoa Communal House has taken on its current appearance, showcasing the traditional architectural style of Southern Vietnamese communal houses. It remains a significant place of worship, deeply connected to the local community's cultural and spiritual life.
