KN Holdings launches two industrial park infrastructure projects

On the morning of December 19, KN Holdings Corporation Joint Stock Company (KN Holdings) launched two investment projects to develop infrastructure for the Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park in Long Phuoc and Phuoc Thai communes, Dong Nai Province.

Attending the event were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Organization Commission of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Thai Bao; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People’s Council of Long Khanh Ward Dang Minh Nguyet, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang, along with representatives of central ministries and agencies, consuls and commercial counselors of foreign countries in Vietnam, as well as domestic and international business associations.

The Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park is being developed under a new-generation industrial city model, with the scale of Phase 1 covering an area of 1,000 hectares and a total investment of nearly VND 10.5 trillion. Located at the southern gateway of Long Thanh International Airport, the industrial park enjoys convenient connectivity to the Bien Hoa–Vung Tau Expressway, National Highway 51, Ring Road 4, and the Cai Mep–Thi Vai deep-water seaport.

The Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park has been comprehensively planned by Nippon Koei, a leading Japanese consulting and design company, featuring an intelligent management center integrating infrastructure monitoring, environmental supervision, and overall security management for the entire park.

The project offers many favorable conditions to attract high-value, specialized investors, aiming for deep participation in global supply chains in high-tech and clean-energy industries. Priority sectors of the industrial park include semiconductor and microchip manufacturing, electronic components, aviation supporting industries, precision engineering, data centers, and smart logistics.

In addition, the project allocates space for the development of an Innovation Center, land funds to support small and medium-sized enterprises, and vocational training schools to supply high-quality human resources for companies operating within the industrial park. Housing for experts, accommodation for workers, as well as commercial and service centers, schools, medical facilities, multi-purpose sports complexes, and other amenities will also be developed to form a comprehensive ecosystem for working, living, and learning for high-quality human resources in the industrial park.

Moreover, the investor will apply comprehensive green energy solutions through renewable energy projects to be implemented in Dong Nai Province, rooftop solar power systems within the industrial park, energy storage battery systems for charging stations, and centralized cooling systems. These solutions aim to supply clean energy and green credits to meet the needs of factories in the industrial park, contributing to emissions reduction and environmental protection, and moving toward net-zero goals in line with the requirements of green industrial development in the new era.

According to the group’s development plan, together with Dong Nai Province’s investment incentive mechanisms and policies, the Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park aims to attract between USD 15 and 20 billion in foreign direct investment (FDI) during the 2026–2030 period, creating jobs for more than 50,000 workers, of whom approximately 40 percent will be highly skilled technical workers. The infrastructure development for the first sub-zone of the project is expected to be completed and be ready to hand over land to secondary investors from the fourth quarter of 2026.

At the same time, KN Holdings also launched the infrastructure investment project for the Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park in Xuan Que Commune, Dong Nai Province.
