In 2025, with close guidance and support from the Vietnam Women’s Union Central Executive Committee, as well as the Provincial Party Committee, the People’s Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, together with the active participation of officials, members, and women across the province, the work of the Women’s Union and the women’s movement in Dong Nai achieved many notable results. Women’s Union chapters at all levels successfully fulfilled and exceeded all eight targets assigned by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women’s Union.
Notably, the Dong Nai Women’s Union directed grassroots Women’s Union chapters to successfully organize the first Women’s Congress for 2025–2030 and to host the pilot congress for the first Provincial Women’s Congress of Dong Nai for 2025–2030. Closely aligned with the 2025 annual work theme, the provincial Women’s Union issued a plan for implementing its 2025 tasks with clearly defined targets and assignments, while continuing to promote the application of information technology in leadership, administration, and activity organization, thereby strengthening women's role in Party building and the political system.

In addition, the union launched a special emulation campaign to celebrate the nation’s major holidays, Party congresses at all levels, the Fifth Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Vietnam Women’s Union, and the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union. This campaign encouraged union chapters, officials, members, and women from diverse backgrounds to participate actively in hundreds of meaningful projects and initiatives.
The emulation movement “Building modern Vietnamese women” continued to be carried out, attracting widespread participation from officials, members, and women. Key breakthrough areas, especially in innovating union operations through information technology and digital transformation, have been prioritized. Activities such as public awareness campaigns, guidance on installing VNeID, AI application training, online competitions, virtual briefing conferences, and the release of electronic handbooks have engaged tens of thousands of officials and members, greatly enhancing digital skills across the union system.

Union chapters have continued effectively implementing key programs and projects, including the "Godmother Programme", “Accompanying women in border areas,” and Project 8, which promotes gender equality and addresses urgent issues affecting women and children. They have also actively engaged in social supervision and advocacy, as well as contributing to efforts to build the Party and government. In response to the nationwide 2025 emulation movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing, union chapters proactively mobilized resources to support the construction of 19 houses valued at over 1.8 billion VND. Additionally, they raised social resources to provide care and assistance to women, children, and other vulnerable groups, amounting to over 65 billion VND.
