On November 10, the Dong Nai Employment Service Center (located in Tam Hiep ward) held its November 2025 job transaction floor.
The job transaction floor, offered completely free of charge, aimed to promptly assist unemployed workers in finding jobs while helping local enterprises meet their growing workforce needs.

The job transaction floor attracted 19 units and companies registered to recruit nearly 4,000 workers. Accordingly, approximately 750 people seeking employment and looking for job information participated in the job transaction floor, either in person or online through platforms such as Facebook, Zoom, and Zalo OA. An estimated 250 job seekers are expected to be hired.
According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, businesses are expected to require around 55,000 workers across various sectors in the fourth quarter of 2025. On average, about 16,000 new hires are needed each month. Therefore, the center has been upgrading its job transaction floors by integrating information technology and artificial intelligence, offering a hybrid format that combines in-person and online participation. This approach enables job seekers to participate in the job transaction floor through multiple channels, connect with companies more efficiently, and access accurate, up-to-date information about recruitment opportunities. In the coming period, the center also plans to organize mobile job transaction floors to connect workers with businesses, especially those in need of large labor forces for Tet (Lunar New Year) goods production.
