According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, in November 2025, enterprises in Dong Nai are seeking to recruit more than 16 thousand workers, the majority of whom are unskilled laborers.
Industries with high recruitment demand include leather and footwear, textiles, electronics, and mechanical engineering. Many enterprises are offering welfare policies to attract workers, such as housing allowances, transportation support, childcare assistance, and participation in benefits as prescribed.

To connect workers with enterprises, the Dong Nai Employment Service Center organizes job transaction sessions, offering both direct and indirect connections through various formats. At the same time, it posts enterprises' recruitment information on online platforms managed by the center, enabling workers to access job opportunities and attend interviews.
The center is also expanding its counseling and job placement services for unemployed workers seeking employment at local enterprises. On November 30, the center will organize a job transaction session in Trang Bom commune to help businesses secure adequate human resources and contribute to balancing labor supply and demand during the year-end period.
During the first nine months of 2025, the center provided direct job counseling to over 65,000 workers and assisted nearly 9,000 workers in securing employment.
