To enhance tourist attraction, tourism businesses in the province have focused on investing in tourism service products with a total investment of about 540 billion VND. Dong Nai province is taking drastic actions to accelerate the groundbreaking of its key tourism project, the Chua Chan Mountain eco-resort and entertainment complex (Xuan Loc commune), with an expected investment of 16 trillion VND to enhance tourism infrastructure and create a new image for the province’s tourism industry.
Tourism products continue to be invested in and upgraded; several destinations and services have achieved national and international titles, contributing to the growth in visitor numbers and revenue. Cultural, sports, and tourism activities have been widely organized, attracting large numbers of visitors and helping to promote Dong Nai's tourism image. Land reserves for tourism development remain abundant, creating favorable conditions for the province to plan, attract investment, diversify its products, and expand its tourism development space in the coming years.

The Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee requested that the provincial Tourism Development Steering Committee proactively advise on the 2026 plan from the beginning of the year to enable early and effective implementation. In 2026, the Steering Committee must hold quarterly meetings with clearly defined themes to avoid dispersion. Efforts should be focused on successfully delivering the National Tourism Year, with preparations emphasizing substantive and compelling content.
The Dong Nai Tourism Association should strengthen its role in organizing discussions with the participation of experts and in coordinating with Ho Chi Minh City on tourism development orientations, especially in anticipation of major projects such as Long Thanh International Airport. In 2026, it is essential to set clear directions for developing human resources in the tourism sector.
