The People’s Committee of Xuan Hoa commune (Dong Nai province) has organized activities in response to National Digital Transformation Day (October 10) and National Innovation Day (October 1) in the commune.

With the theme “Innovation and digital transformation for all - The driving force for Xuan Hoa commune’s socio-economic development,” the commune has launched a peak campaign from September 25 to October 10, featuring diverse and practical activities. Among them were the “Paperless Day” and “Paperless Working Week” movements, striving for 100% of documents and administrative records to be processed and digitally signed online.
In addition, the commune has implemented a borderless administrative procedure model, supporting citizens in submitting applications online via the National Public Service Portal and the VNeID application. It has also launched the campaign “Popularizing digital signatures and digital skills for residents,” aiming to help over 1,000 households install personal digital signatures, the VNeID and VssID applications, electronic health records, and cashless payment methods. Notably, Xuan Hoa commune has strengthened efforts to clean up and digitize its population and land databases, ensuring synchronization with provincial and national data systems.
Le Duc Quy, Head of the Party Building Committee of Xuan Hoa commune, shared: “Xuan Hoa commune always focuses on promoting various activities to raise awareness and encourage action among officials, civil servants, and public employees in applying information technology and digital transformation in their work.”
