According to the report, the construction progress of the three packages under the project has reached 47% of the contract value, lagging 4.4% behind the plan. Therefore, Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, Vo Tan Duc, requested the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to strictly implement the provincial government’s 140-day plan to complete technical traffic clearance of the HCMC's Ring Road No.3 Project. Contractors are required to show greater determination, increase manpower and equipment, and organize work in “three shifts, four shifts” to ensure timely completion.

Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, Vo Tan Duc, also requested the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to direct its Nhon Trach branch to coordinate with the People’s Committee of Phuoc An commune, Dong Nai province, to promptly resolve and hand over eight high-voltage tower pole sites to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board for the relocation of the power system within the project area to facilitate construction.

Alongside this, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee also requested the My Thuan Project Management Board to complete paving and asphalt surfacing at the connecting sections to service roads to ensure safety for vehicles participating in traffic in the area. At the same time, he directed the contractor of Component Project 1A to urgently carry out construction and complete the remaining box culverts, cross drains, and manholes at the routes Km9+000 and Km9+120.

The HCMC's Ring Road No. 3 Project, passing through the province (Component Project 3), spans over 11 km, with its starting point connecting to the Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway and its endpoint linking to Pier B of the Nhon Trach Bridge. The project has a total investment of nearly 2.6 trillion VND. According to the requirements of the Prime Minister and the Provincial People’s Committee, the project must complete technical traffic clearance on 19 December 2025.
