Thuan Loi commune’s socio-economic situation remains stable in the first 9 months of 2025

On October 2, Thuan Loi commune Party Committee held the first expanded Party Executive Committee conference, for 2025-2030 tenure, to review the implementation of tasks in the first nine months and set out orientations for the last three months of 2025. According to the report, Thuan Loi commune’s socio-economic situation in the first nine months of 2025 remained stable. State budget revenue in the locality reached over VND 5.8 billion, fulfilling 243 percent of the estimate; budget expenditure was over VND 81.8 billion, equal to 91 percent of the estimate. Poverty reduction, environmental management and protection continued to receive attention, while cultural and social activities were carried out synchronously in connection with important political events.

For the last three months of the year, Thuan Loi commune will focus on measures to increase budget revenue; continue to effectively operate the Public Administrative Service Center, ensuring the timely and proper settlement of dossiers; promptly address pressing issues to prevent the emergence of “hot spots” in public opinion; maintain national defense and security in the locality; and organize the peak month “For the Poor” to mobilize resources for social welfare programs.

The meeting also discussed and gave opinions on the results of operating the two-level local government model, the development of Party membership in 2025, and the provision of primary healthcare services for local residents.
