On October 22, at the Thanh Hoa standing border militia post in Thien Hung commune, a working delegation from Military Region 7, led by Colonel Le Xuan Binh, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 7, paid a visit and held a working session with the Thien Hung Commune Military Command. The session focused on local national defense and military affairs, as well as the operations of the border militia force.
Receiving and working with the delegation were Dang Ha Giang, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, and Chairman of the Commune People’s Council; and Nguyen Minh Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee and Chairman of the Commune People’s Committee.

At the working session, the Thien Hung Commune Military Command reported on the operations and defensive works of the Thanh Hoa standing border militia post, as well as the readiness posture and coordination efforts with other forces to ensure security and order in the border area.
On behalf of the working delegation, Colonel Le Xuan Binh, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 7, acknowledged and highly appreciated the attention and support of Party committees and local authorities toward national defense and military affairs, particularly along the border. He also commended the initiative and sense of responsibility demonstrated by officers and soldiers in fulfilling their assigned duties.
Speaking at the meeting, Dang Ha Giang, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, and Chairman of the Commune People’s Council, expressed appreciation for the attention given by the Military Region 7 Command and the Provincial Military Command to the border militia force. He also proposed that the Military Region 7 Command and the Provincial Military Command continue to provide attention and support in improving infrastructure and equipment to serve national defense tasks, thereby contributing to local socio-economic development and improving the living conditions of residents in border areas.
* On the same day, the inspection delegation from the Military Region 7 and the Dong Nai Provincial Military Command conducted a comprehensive review of national defense and military activities at the standing border militia posts in Hung Phuoc commune.

The delegation carried out on-site inspections at the Phuoc Thien and Hung Phuoc militia posts, focusing on combat readiness, the condition of combat works, and the border patrol routes.
At the end of the working session, Colonel Le Xuan Binh presented gifts to encourage officers and soldiers at each militia checkpoint, acknowledging their efforts in maintaining security and order in the border area of the standing militia force in Hung Phuoc commune.
The inspection activity aimed to enhance awareness and strengthen the combat readiness capabilities of the grassroots militia force, thereby contributing to the firm protection of national border sovereignty and security.
