At the program, Youth Union members and young people in the province listened to the founders and operators of the ILOKA FOOD app (a mobile application offering online food ordering services) from ILOKA Technology Joint Stock Company as they shared their more than three-year startup journey. To date, the app has over 50,000 users and hundreds of business partners on the platform, contributing to the promotion of digital transformation locally and enabling residents and businesses to access e-commerce effectively.
Attending and speaking at the program, Nguyen Minh Kien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union, stated that e-commerce is the backbone of the digital economy. He noted that today's youth are increasingly familiar with e-commerce, using smartphones to place orders via social media platforms. However, in recent times, most technological tools, products, and e-commerce platforms have been provided by foreign partners.

Within the framework of the 2025 Dong Nai Youth Innovation and Digital Transformation Festival, the Provincial Youth Union organized the talk show “ILOKA FOOD - Technology Breakthroughs by Young People” to connect and create opportunities for young technology enterprises in Dong Nai to share their startup stories. The event aims to inspire, motivate, and instill confidence in other young people to continue achieving their goals and aspirations in mastering technology, supporting residents and businesses, and participating in the development of a transparent digital government in the future.
Nguyen Minh Kien, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, affirmed that this is merely the first exemplary story. The Provincial Youth Union will connect young entrepreneurs across various sectors, creating opportunities for them to access the essential resources to achieve greater success in the field of startups, thereby realizing the objectives of resolutions related to science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, and private economic development.
