On the morning of October 24, Ho Van Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, chaired a meeting of the committee members to review draft submissions planned for the 6th (thematic) session, the People's Council of the Term X.
Also attending were Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Director of the Provincial Police; Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee Pham Thuy Luan; and Luu Thi Ha, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province.

According to the initial registration by the Provincial People's Committee, 21 items are expected to be submitted at the 6th Session of the People's Council of Dong Nai Province. These were drafted under the lead of the Departments of Home Affairs, Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Dong Nai Provincial Police, and the Provincial Cooperative Alliance.
At the meeting, leaders of departments, branches, provincial People's Council committees, and participating delegates reported, explained, analyzed, and clarified issues related to the submissions and draft resolutions. Through the discussion, the number of submissions to be presented is expected to be 20, while one item does not yet meet the conditions for submission and will be deferred to a later session.

Key contents expected to be submitted include: Submission, Draft resolution on the merger of the Binh Phuoc Province Cooperative Development Support Fund into the Dong Nai Province Cooperative Development Support Fund; Submission, Draft resolution on the arrangement of quantity and allowance for veterinary staff in communes and wards in Dong Nai province; Submission, Draft resolution on support policies for personnel working beyond the approved staffing quota at provincial- and district-level organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State, who resign before July 1, 2025; Submission, Draft resolution defining criteria for the establishment and number of members of local civil defense teams in Dong Nai Province; Submission, Draft resolution regulating criteria for establishment, number of members, allowances, and and ensuring operating conditions of community security teams in the province…

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha noted that the agencies responsible for drafting the contents to be submitted at this session had made decent preparations. He also requested that the agencies fully incorporate the feedback from the meeting and complete the documents thoroughly and with quality, submitting them to the Office of the Provincial People's Committee before 3:00 p.m. on October 27. This endeavor will ensure timely reporting to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and submission to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for feedback.

Regarding the submission that is not qualified for this session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee urged the drafting agency to continue refining the document for submission at the next session.
