At the seminar, in his presentation on “Building happy families in the new era,” principal lecturer at the Faculty of Party Building, Ho Chi Minh City Cadre Academy Ha Trung Thanh noted that in the current context, many traditional concepts have evolved to align with modern realities, for instance, happiness. In the past, people often said, “Men build houses, women make homes.” Today, both men and women must join hands to build both the house and the home.
Happiness is a feeling from the heart, not a judgment from others. It arises from how one perceives the values around them. Happiness exists in every corner of life; it is not fleeting but lifelong. It is not merely the temporary joy one feels, but a state of balance between meaning, purpose, and emotion through different stages of life.
He emphasized the need to be kind and respectful to those around us, to think as positively as possible in all circumstances, and to take good care of ourselves. One must accept the truth that nothing in life is perfect. Happiness does not come from external things, it lies within one’s own heart.

In the new era, work pressures are immense and changes occur rapidly. Substance now outweighs form, and each official and civil servant must move faster and find balance between work and family life, fulfilling professional duties while also taking good care of their families.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head in charge of the PPC’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Nguyen Thi Hong Trang shared that in recent months, the PPC’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization has devoted its full efforts to drafting documents for the first Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and providing advice and support for the Congress. The Congress was a great success, setting out important directions to fully leverage Dong Nai’s advantages after its merger with Binh Phuoc province, aiming to make the new Dong Nai one of the key growth poles of the region and the country.
To contribute to Dong Nai’s strong and sustainable development in line with the orientations defined by the Provincial Party Congress’s Resolution for 2025-2030 term, she expressed hope that the families and relatives of officials and civil servants of the PPC’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization will continue to accompany and support them in fulfilling their assigned political duties.
Each official and civil servant, especially female intellectuals, should strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance, excel in both public duties and family responsibilities, remain energetic and positive, and build prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized families in the context of modern society and digital transformation.
