About a month ago, I went to the People's Committee of Tran Bien ward to handle land-related procedures. I expected long and exhausting waits, as there were quite a few people there for administrative services. But to my surprise, I had a very positive and pleasant experience, thanks to the dedicated support of union members and young volunteers.
My first impression when arriving at the ward People's Committee was the image of young people wearing the blue shirts of the Youth Union, smiling brightly and welcoming people with enthusiasm. As soon as they noticed that I was unfamiliar with the procedures and struggling with filling out forms, one union member came over and gave me thorough assistance. From filling in information, checking documents, to guiding me in using the online public service portal, everything was explained carefully. The technology steps that used to confuse me were now completed with ease in just a few minutes, thanks to their support.
For a long time, I have felt impressed and appreciative of the union members because of their agility and active participation in local movements. Especially their efforts of "going to every alley, knocking on every door" to guide people in installing and using the VNeID application, or in joining the Youth Volunteer Movement... And now, they even directly assist people in completing administrative procedures and using the online public service portal. The enthusiasm of the union members has been bringing about a big change, helping residents gradually become familiar with technology and take more initiative in accessing public services.
I truly admire the pioneering spirit and sense of responsibility of these young people. They not only provide technical support but also spread positive energy, making the administrative environment much more friendly, approachable, and effective.
Through this article, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the union members and young volunteers who supported me and thousands of others. Hopefully, this volunteer model of administrative support will continue to be maintained and expanded, so that the blue volunteer shirt remains a familiar and friendly symbol in the eyes of the community.
