This scientific work was carried out over many years by a group of authors, including: Assoc. Prof., Dr. Sci. Ngo Dang Luu, Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Hung, Assoc. Prof., Dr. Sci. Le Anh Tuan, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Long, Dr. Le Anh Duc. Among them, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Long is currently Head of the Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Dong Nai University, and Dr. Le Anh Duc, former Rector of Dong Nai University, is now Vice Chairman of the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Dong Nai province.
