Thorough preparations for the first congress of the Dong Nai Journalists Association, 2025-2030 term

On the afternoon of September 23, the Dong Nai provincial Journalists Association held the second conference of the provisional Executive Committee to approve the draft plan for the first congress of the provincial Journalists Association, 2025-2030 term.

Journalist Tran Nam Dong, Chairman of the Dong Nai provincial Journalists Association, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio, Television (DNNRTV), chaired the meeting. Also present were Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of DNNRTV Nguyen Thi Minh Nham and members of the provisional Executive Committee of the provincial Journalists Association.

According to the draft plan, the first congress of the Dong Nai Journalists Association, 2025-2030 term, will take place in early December 2025, with the participation of 200 delegates. As of now, preparations regarding the content of documents, personnel work, as well as related papers and proposals submitted to provincial leaders, relevant agencies and the Vietnam Journalists Association have been basically completed.

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed several opinions to complete the draft plan for the first congress of the Dong Nai Journalists Association, 2025-2030 term; the provisional Executive Committee assigned personnel for the Steering Committee and the subcommittees serving the congress.

Also at the meeting, Chairman Tran Nam Dong presented the decision granting leave from work to journalist Ho Van Chung, Vice Chairman of the provincial Journalists Association.
