The working delegation of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee holds a meeting with the Party Committee of Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company

On the morning of September 17, Working Delegation No. 2 of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, led by Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Nguyen Van Dung, held a working session with the Party Executive Committee of Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company on the company’s Party-building work in 2025.

At the working session, after hearing the report presented by the company’s Party Committee, the working delegation highly commended the efforts and results achieved in Party-building work in recent times. The company’s Party Committee successfully held its 2025–2030 term congress, issued working regulations, developed inspection and supervision programs, and assigned responsibilities to Party Committee members. It also promptly consolidated the organizational structure of subordinate Party cells, ensuring regular meetings and stable operations.

In his concluding remarks at the session, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Dung acknowledged the sense of responsibility demonstrated by the company’s Party Committee in its leadership and direction. He also recommended that, in the coming period, the company’s Party Committee focus on several key tasks, including: continuing to effectively implement the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, in conjunction with renewing the content and methods of political and ideological education for cadres, Party members, and employees; strengthening mass mobilization efforts and prioritizing labor safety; improving the quality of Party cell activities in line with Directive 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat and the guidelines of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; and implementing the “Four-Good Party Cell” and “Four-Good Grassroots Party Committee” models.

Additionally, attention should be given to recruiting, training, and developing new Party members, strictly implementing regulations on internal political protection, and regularly conducting inspection and supervision to ensure Party discipline and order, while promoting the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the Party Committee and Party members.

Nguyen Van Dung expressed his confidence that, with the company’s revolutionary tradition tied to the Phu Rieng Do Historical Relic Site, along with the collective efforts and unity of all cadres, Party members, and employees, the Party Committee of Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company will continue to grow steadily and successfully fulfill its assigned political, production, and business tasks.

Earlier, the delegation visited and offered incense at the memorial stele of the Phu Rieng Do Historical Relic Site, which commemorates the proud revolutionary tradition of the rubber workers’ class.
