Nguyen Anh Tai, Chairman of Chon Thanh Ward People's Committee, Dong Nai province: Creating a breakthrough for Dong Nai province to develop
The Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress is an important milestone, setting forth breakthrough policies and strategies to fully leverage the province’s advantages for the development of a new Dong Nai. I expect the province will have many investment policies to synchronously develop transport infrastructure, logistics, and modern urban areas. In addition, there is a need to promote digital transformation, build a digital government, continue improving the investment environment, and expand public-private partnerships. At the same time, the province should introduce policies to enhance social welfare and human development, improve the quality of healthcare, education, and housing for workers, and develop high-tech agriculture linked to a green economy, eco-tourism, environmental protection, and biodiversity conservation.
I am confident that the congress will emphasize disciplined implementation, clearly assign responsibilities, strengthen supervision and inspection, and put resolutions into practice, driving breakthroughs in development and positioning Dong Nai as a growth pole for the region and the whole country in the coming term.

Tong Thanh Tuan, a civil servant of the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of Phuoc Tan ward: Attaching importance to Party building work
The Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress will continue to advance a green and modern socio-economic development model; build a clean, strong, and comprehensive Provincial Party Committee; enhance leadership capacity; renew the working methods of Party committees at all levels; strengthen personnel work; and accelerate digital transformation in Party-building efforts.
At the same time, the congress places particular emphasis on building and rectifying the Party in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, and cadre affairs. It remains resolute in the fight against degradation in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and against manifestations of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the Party.
The congress aims to build a clean, strong, streamlined, and efficient political system. It also seeks to develop a contingent of cadres with competence, integrity, and political mettle, those who dare to think, dare to act, dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate, be creative, face difficulties and challenges head-on, and act for the common good and development.
Additionally, it underscores the need to improve the quality of political and ideological education for cadres and Party members of the Provincial Party Committee in this “era of national growth.”

Tran Thi Hoai, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nghia Trung commune: Strengthening digital skills training for youth
In the upcoming term, we hope the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee will introduce more policies to support youth in starting businesses, building careers, and contributing to the community.
At present, many young people have promising ideas for economic development projects, but urgently need access to preferential funding to turn their startup concepts into reality. The Provincial Party Committee should also prioritize directing digital skills training for youth, creating favorable conditions for them to apply science, technology, and digital transformation in production.
There should be a stronger promotion of youth-led models that foster production linkages and market access. Once these policies are implemented, rural youth will gain greater access to employment opportunities, sustainable income, and prospects for personal development in their own hometowns, directly contributing to the building of new-style rural areas.

Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, a teacher at Luong The Vinh High School for the Gifted (Tam Hiep ward): Thoroughly completing educational goals
Reading the content of the Draft Documents of the Provincial Party Congress, I clearly see the province’s determination for comprehensive innovation. In particular, the orientation of “placing people at the center, as the subject, resource, and goal of the development process” reflects a very humane viewpoint, clearly demonstrating the key role of education and training.
I hope the province will continue to strongly implement and successfully achieve the education-related targets set for 2030, such as ensuring that at least 80% of public preschools and general education schools meet national standards, and that 40% of the workforce has completed training with degrees or certificates. These targets not only reflect the quality of education but also indicate the overall living standards of the people. At the same time, they aim to establish a modern education system, develop high-quality human resources, and link them with digital transformation and the development of a digital society.
I also hope the province will soon effectively implement smart school models, strengthen teacher training in technology and innovative teaching methods, and invest comprehensively in modern facilities and equipment for schools. At the same time, the province should continue to focus on policies to attract, reward, and retain excellent teachers. Investment in education is fundamentally building a foundation that will contribute to the sustainable development of Dong Nai in the years ahead.

Respected community representative K'Can, Stieng ethnic group, Ta Lai commune: Quickly concretizing people's livelihood policies
I fully support the draft’s objective of developing Dong Nai’s people to be well-rounded, friendly, and compassionate; effectively implementing the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the 2025-2035 period; and building a standardized network of grassroots-level cultural and sports institutions in accordance with regulations.
At the same time, it is essential to properly implement poverty reduction policies and social welfare programs for those with meritorious service and other social protection beneficiaries, while ensuring the care and protection of children and elderly seniors. It is also imperative to prevent the emergence of hotspots or complex issues in ethnic minority and religious communities.

Venerable Thich Dong Tan, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Dong Nai province: Arousing the strength of great national unity
During the past term, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee has paid close and consistent attention to religious affairs, fostering a favorable, united, and harmonious environment that enables Buddhism and other religions to join hands in serving the homeland. Ahead of the first Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term, we hope the congress will adopt important resolutions with a strategic vision, contributing to building Dong Nai into a province with robust economic growth, rich cultural values, and strong national defense and security, while preserving peace and harmony within the community. In the upcoming term, the Provincial Party Committee will continue to place greater emphasis on religious and belief affairs, recognizing them as a valuable spiritual resource that helps foster national solidarity.
In particular, it is hoped that new policies and guidelines will create favorable conditions for Buddhism to promote further its role in cultivating social ethics, spreading humanitarian values, and contributing to the development of a society grounded in “discipline, compassion, and joy.” Religious communities are also expected to take an active role in social and charitable work, environmental protection, cultural heritage preservation, support for vulnerable groups, and active participation in patriotic emulation movements, as well as in building new-style rural areas and civilized urban communities.

Priest Tran Xuan Thao, Chairman of the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee of Dong Nai Province: “Living a good life and following a beautiful religion,” joining hands to build Dong Nai
In recent years, Dong Nai province has made significant strides in socio-economic development, positively impacting the overall growth of the Southeast region and the entire country. These accomplishments are largely due to the collective efforts of the people, including the contributions of the Catholic community, an integral part of the great national unity bloc.
Through studying the Draft Documents of the Provincial Party Congress, I am very pleased with the development perspective that takes people as the center, the goal and driving force of development, while also promoting cultural and traditional values and enhancing people's spiritual lives.
I believe that these orientations will foster a strong motivation within the Catholic community to continue spreading the spirit of “Loving people, loving God, living the gospel in the heart of the nation,” while remaining closely connected and supporting the province’s overall development. I believe that in this new phase of the country’s progress, the spirit of “Living a good life and following a beautiful religion” will continue to serve as a positive guide, enabling believers to unite and collaborate in building Dong Nai into an increasingly sustainable and comprehensive province.

Le Bach Long, Director of Nam Long Co., Ltd. (Long Thanh commune): Promoting the development of private enterprises
I highly appreciate the strong innovation orientations outlined in the Draft Documents of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress.
Our business community expects this congress to provide a real boost in improving the investment and business environment, establishing transparent institutions, and promoting fair competition so that private enterprises can develop equally and sustainably. Encouraging the growth of large, leading enterprises while supporting local businesses to enhance their scale and capacity is a very practical approach.
One of the orientations capturing the attention of businesses is the emphasis on developing digital infrastructure, digital government, and smart operation centers from the provincial to commune level, alongside policies aimed at promoting e-commerce and logistics. Accelerating the transformation of the growth model linked to economic restructuring towards high technology, ecology, modern services, and clean agriculture also creates numerous investment opportunities and production-consumption linkages for businesses both within and outside the province.
We hope that the commitments and directions outlined in the documents will be translated into concrete actions, enabling the business community to truly become a key driving force in Dong Nai’s industrialization, modernization, and sustainable development.

I hope that the upcoming Provincial Party Congress will bring numerous positive and practical changes to workers’ lives. The province is anticipated to introduce additional policies and initiatives aimed at enhancing working conditions, ensuring labor safety, and reinforcing the supervision of salary, bonus, and social welfare regimes in enterprises.
In recent times, the province has enacted numerous policies aimed at developing social housing and accommodations for workers, which help us secure stable housing and foster long-term ties to the community. We hope that moving forward, we will garner even more attention, especially in expanding vocational training programs and enhancing workers’ skills, providing us with greater opportunities to advance in our careers.

Market vendor Nguyen Thi Ngoc Cam (Tran Bien ward): Supporting small traders in digital transformation
E-commerce activities help small-scale traders enhance their business capacity, integrate into, and grow with the digital transformation of the digital economy. In addition, digital payment systems make it easier and more efficient for market vendors to conduct transactions with customers, thereby expanding their potential customer base. Therefore, I hope the province will implement training programs on digital technology and e-commerce skills for market vendors; provide advanced, convenient, and user-friendly digital solutions with support for usage costs; and establish a digital transformation community for traditional market vendors and small-scale merchants.

Le Van Cuong, Chairman of the Phu Trung Commune Farmers’ Association, Dong Nai province: Being interested in investing in developing green, sustainable agriculture
I hope that the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress will continue to set strategic orientations that drive a strong breakthrough in sustainable agricultural development. This undertaking includes promoting the application of science and technology, especially digital technology, automation, and smart agriculture, to improve productivity and quality. Production according to VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards should be encouraged to meet export market requirements.
In addition, farmers should be supported in building agricultural brands and developing integrated chains for production, processing, and consumption to avoid the recurring issue of “good harvest, low prices.” Promoting and registering trademarks for each locality’s specialty products will help create competitive advantages.
