The congress is committed to steadily improving people's living standards, particularly those of ethnic minorities in remote areas, former resistance bases, and border regions, thereby helping to narrow regional disparities. It will also place greater emphasis on fostering patriotism and revolutionary traditions among the younger generation, implementing appropriate measures to cultivate and admit high-quality Party members, and enhancing the effectiveness of grassroots Party activities, especially within residential-area Party cells.

I expect the province will have many investment policies to synchronously develop transport infrastructure, logistics, and modern urban areas. In addition, there is a need to promote digital transformation, build a digital government, continue improving the investment environment, and expand public-private partnerships. At the same time, the province should introduce policies to enhance social welfare and human development, improve the quality of healthcare, education, and housing for workers, and develop high-tech agriculture linked to a green economy, eco-tourism, environmental protection, and biodiversity conservation.

I am confident that the congress will emphasize disciplined implementation, clearly assign responsibilities, strengthen supervision and inspection, and put resolutions into practice, driving breakthroughs in development and positioning Dong Nai as a growth pole for the region and the whole country in the coming term.

The Provincial Party Committee should also prioritize directing digital skills training for youth, creating favorable conditions for them to apply science, technology, and digital transformation in production.

This event has opened up broader development prospects, enabling the full utilization of the province’s land, natural resources, human capital, and strategic location. Accordingly, I expect this congress to adopt breakthrough resolutions that will drive Dong Nai’s strong rise, transforming it into a modern center of economy, industry, and services capable of attracting high-quality foreign investment.

Reading the content of the Draft Documents of the Provincial Party Congress, I clearly see the province’s determination for comprehensive innovation. In particular, the orientation of “placing people at the center, as the subject, resource, and goal of the development process” reflects a very humane viewpoint, clearly demonstrating the key role of education and training.

I hope the province will continue to strongly implement and successfully achieve the education-related targets set for 2030, such as ensuring that at least 80% of public preschools and general education schools meet national standards, and that 40% of the workforce has completed training with degrees or certificates. These targets not only reflect the quality of education but also indicate the overall living standards of the people. At the same time, they aim to establish a modern education system, develop high-quality human resources, and link them with digital transformation and the development of a digital society.

I also hope the province will soon effectively implement smart school models, strengthen teacher training in technology and innovative teaching methods, and invest comprehensively in modern facilities and equipment for schools. At the same time, the province should continue to focus on policies to attract, reward, and retain excellent teachers. Investment in education is fundamentally building a foundation that will contribute to the sustainable development of Dong Nai in the years ahead.

I fully support the draft’s objective of developing Dong Nai’s people to be well-rounded, friendly, and compassionate; effectively implementing the National Target Program on Cultural Development for the 2025-2035 period; and building a standardized network of grassroots-level cultural and sports institutions in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, it is essential to properly implement poverty reduction policies and social welfare programs for those with meritorious service and other social protection beneficiaries, while ensuring the care and protection of children and elderly seniors. It is also imperative to prevent the emergence of hotspots or complex issues in ethnic minority and religious communities.

In particular, it is hoped that new policies and guidelines will create favorable conditions for Buddhism to promote further its role in cultivating social ethics, spreading humanitarian values, and contributing to the development of a society grounded in “discipline, compassion, and joy.” Religious communities are also expected to take an active role in social and charitable work, environmental protection, cultural heritage preservation, support for vulnerable groups, and active participation in patriotic emulation movements, as well as in building new-style rural areas and civilized urban communities.

Through studying the Draft Documents of the Provincial Party Congress, I am very pleased with the development perspective that takes people as the center, the goal and driving force of development, while also promoting cultural and traditional values and enhancing people's spiritual lives.

Encouraging the growth of large, leading enterprises while supporting local businesses to enhance their scale and capacity is a very practical approach.

One of the orientations capturing the attention of businesses is the emphasis on developing digital infrastructure, digital government, and smart operation centers from the provincial to commune level, alongside policies aimed at promoting e-commerce and logistics. In recent times, the province has enacted numerous policies aimed at developing social housing and accommodations for workers, which help us secure stable housing and foster long-term ties to the community. We hope that moving forward, we will garner even more attention, especially in expanding vocational training programs and enhancing workers’ skills, providing us with greater opportunities to advance in our careers.

Market vendor Nguyen Thi Ngoc Cam (Tran Bien ward): Supporting small traders in digital transformation

E-commerce activities help small-scale traders enhance their business capacity, integrate into, and grow with the digital transformation of the digital economy. In addition, digital payment systems make it easier and more efficient for market vendors to conduct transactions with customers, thereby expanding their potential customer base. Therefore, I hope the province will implement training programs on digital technology and e-commerce skills for market vendors; provide advanced, convenient, and user-friendly digital solutions with support for usage costs; and establish a digital transformation community for traditional market vendors and small-scale merchants.          

Le Van Cuong, Chairman of the Phu Trung Commune Farmers’ Association, Dong Nai province: Being interested in investing in developing green, sustainable agriculture

I hope that the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress will continue to set strategic orientations that drive a strong breakthrough in sustainable agricultural development. This undertaking includes promoting the application of science and technology, especially digital technology, automation, and smart agriculture, to improve productivity and quality. Production according to VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards should be encouraged to meet export market requirements.

In addition, farmers should be supported in building agricultural brands and developing integrated chains for production, processing, and consumption to avoid the recurring issue of “good harvest, low prices.” Promoting and registering trademarks for each locality’s specialty products will help create competitive advantages.
