Dong Nai School of Politics participates in a scientific conference in Henan province, China

As part of the academic exchange and sharing activities at the Hongqi Canal Cadre Academy in Henan Province (China), on September 18, a working delegation from the Dong Nai School of Politics, led by its Deputy Headmaster Dr. Le Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan, attended a conference on the theme: "Experience in school management and cadre training between Vietnam and China".

Speaking at the conference, Dr. Le Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan, Deputy Headmaster of the Dong Nai School of Politics, expressed her joy and deep appreciation for the warm and sincere hospitality extended to the delegation by the Hongqi Canal Cadre Academy in Henan province. The leadership of the Dong Nai School of Politics provided an overview of Dong Nai province’s current geographical features, population, and economic scale, as well as the school’s role in training and fostering Party and government leaders and managers to meet the demands of state governance and socio-economic development in the province.

The academic exchange at the Hongqi Canal Cadre Academy in Henan province offered a valuable opportunity for the delegation from the Dong Nai School of Politics to gain additional knowledge and experience in cadre training, advance educational reform and innovation, promote the integration of practical learning, and share real-world experiences from both sides. The exchange also served to strengthen theoretical dialogue, foster mutual learning, and facilitate resource sharing.

At the conference, delegates engaged in in-depth discussions on the Party’s leading role in the training and development of the cadre workforce, emphasizing it as a pivotal task in Party building. Notably, the Dong Nai School of Politics presented two papers: “The Party's leadership role in training and fostering cadres at the Dong Nai School of Politics - Practice and experience” and “Viewpoints of the Communist Party of Vietnam on training and fostering cadres, civil servants and public employees today.”
