Xuan Que Commune Party Committee identifies 3 strategic breakthroughs in the new tenure

On August 9, the 1st Congress of the Xuan Que Commune Party Committee, Dong Nai Province, for the 2025-2030 tenure, officially took place. The congress was attended by 131 official delegates representing all Party members of the entire Party Committee of the commune.

The congress discussed and unanimously approved a resolution on the results of the implementation of tasks during the 2020-2025 tenure and set forth directions, goals, and tasks for the 2025-2030 tenure.

In terms of the 2020-2025 tenure, the congress affirmed that the Xuan Que Party Committee has achieved many significant results, with 100% of resolution targets met or exceeded. The economy has developed steadily, and attention is paid to mobilizing investment resources to build economic and social infrastructure. Notably, the work of building new-style rural areas has achieved positive results: in 2022, the former Xuan Que Commune was recognized as meeting the criteria for a model new-style rural commune.

Party building efforts have been strengthened. The commune has focused on implementing the arrangement and consolidation of the organizational apparatus in the political system under the direction of the Central and Provincial Party Committees. Attention is given to Party organization and member development, while inspection and supervision work is enhanced, which helps ensure Party principles. The Party's leadership method continues to be innovated; the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of cadres and Party members have been improved, contributing to the good performance of assigned political tasks.

Regarding the direction for the 2025-2030 tenure, the congress agreed on guiding viewpoints and general goals, emphasizing the building of a clean and strong Party organization and political system. The set specific goals include an average annual growth rate of 7% in total state budget revenue; an average annual growth rate of total product value from 13-14%; and a 42% increase in per capita income by 2030 compared to 2025. Other key targets include 100% of schools meeting national standards, 100% of the population accessing clean water, and maintaining political security, order, and social safety.

To achieve the above goals, the congress identified three key breakthrough areas: Shifting the economic structure from agriculture to industry, commerce, and services; focusing on high-tech, clean, organic, and ecological agriculture; and developing internal transportation networks connecting with important routes to support traffic flow when Long Thanh International Airport and industrial zones come into operation.

With the motto “Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development,” the congress called on all officials, Party members, and people in the commune to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, striving to overcome difficulties to successfully accomplish the set goals and tasks.
