Police of Dong Xoai ward launch “Supporting the Path to School” initiative

On the morning of August 27, the police of Dong Xoai ward, in coordination with sponsors, organized the program “Supporting the Path to School” at Bung Se neighborhood, Dong Xoai ward.

Twenty students from disadvantaged backgrounds, children of ethnic minority families in the Bung Se neighborhood, who had achieved good academic results in the past school year, received gifts from the program. Each gift is worth 500,000 VND in cash. Leaders of Dong Xoai ward police also extended congratulations for the new school year, offering encouragement and hopes that the students would overcome difficulties and study well.

“Supporting the path to school” is an activity organized by the ward police to promote the spirit of pioneering, volunteerism, and companionship with the local community in social welfare efforts, spreading the positive image of the people’s police officers. This undertaking is also a practical activity by the Dong Xoai ward police toward the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnamese National Day on September 2.
